This is a project that documents psych wards in China, covering the following aspects:

• Availability of foreign language consultations
• Convenience of accessing medical consultations
• Involuntary hospitalization
• Presence of abuse during hospitalization and what kind of hospitalization experience to expect
• Use of off-label or excessive medications
• Attitudes toward transgender and neurodiverse individuals
